We offer a special free business meeting to discuss the benefits and history of C12 in the Tampa Bay area. You will have the chance to meet current C12 members and ask them questions that are important to you and your business.
How C12 Works: Follow God’s Calling for Your Business!
The C12 Group is a national network of local 10-15 member groups comprised of Christian business owners and CEOs who are committed to applying Biblical principles to their plans and operations through the proprietary C12 curriculum and the facilitation of a professional chair.
All C12 chairs are full time and operate for-profit enterprises engaging the same best in class principles we encourage for each of our members. This allows them to focus on the needs of their groups, thereby delivering greater value for the member companies.

C12 Difference:
Leading businesses according to timeless Biblical principles – as stewards, servant leaders and ambassadors for Christ – is quite compatible with achieving topnotch performance according to the world’s pure business metrics! But we all know that this is only a small part of the picture.
Improved business performance also provides a growing platform from which C12 member companies share Christ’s love with those they serve.
C12 Group:
This is the ministry’s signature offering, reserving membership for Christian business owners and CEOs with 5 or more employees and/or $500,000 or more in annual revenues. Members take part in monthly roundtables where they receive business-related guidance and instruction, based on C12’s proprietary MBA-caliber materials and resources.
A C12 Group consists of 10-15 non-competing peers from businesses of all sizes. Discussion of best practices is a key focus item but the predominant theme at each meeting is accountability to Christ for the state of business affairs.
Key Players Group:
The focus of the Key Players Group is to assist C12 members in developing the natural talents, business acumen and leadership abilities of key staff members. Additionally, key players are evaluated as to their potential for filling the important role of general management successors.
Generally, Key Players participate in the same ministry programs and opportunities as C12 members, with some material scaled down to be more inline with the scope of their current responsibilities.

Alpha Group:
The focus of the Alpha Group is to assist smaller companies of 2-3 employees to develop into a C12 member company with 5+ employees within 6-12 months. Alpha Members will take part in monthly roundtables where they receive business-related guidance and instruction, based on C12’s MBA caliber material and resources.
An Alpha Group consists of 12-20 non-competing peers from small sized businesses. Note that Alpha group members will not have core business presentations or one-on-one coaching with the group facilitator.

About Your C12 Leader: Tampa, FL
The meetings are divided into structured segments:
- Devotion and Prayer: Start the day with a focus on spiritual values. Share prayer requests for you, your family, business, and other members of the group.
- Working “On” Your Business: A “best practice” session focusing on leadership and general management tools to help you improve your bottom line and more productively engage your team.
- Working “On” Your Business As a Ministry: Learn practical ways to run your business according to Biblical principles for the eternal benefit of your stakeholders.
- Core Presentation: An extended, in-depth overall analysis of your business with questions for and advice from your peers; one member presents each month.
- Open Table: Get Godly counsel on your immediate specific needs/issues from your Christian Board of Directors.
- Accountability To Your Group: What are you going to accomplish? Make a list of action steps (C12 To-Do Lists) you commit to take during the month based on the material presented. Report on last month’s “To-Do List.”
- Christian Business Coaching: Schedule a time to meet one-on-one with your Area Chair as a resource dedicated to your business and spiritual needs.

There are many references in Scripture to the importance of sound, Biblical counsel. Consider these two insights from Proverbs:

The C12 business support role is fundamentally about transparency and accountability among a group of like-minded Christian business professionals, committing together to lifelong learning to improve their businesses for the advancement of the Kingdom through the marketplace.
Accountability and Encouragement to Live an Integrated Life
Month after month, year after year, C12 members engage each other in meaningful conversation about personal and professional issues that matter - issues that directly affect the lives of their families, employees, vendor, strategic partners, customers and associates. The benefits of establishing strong relationships with other Christian business owners and CEOs is invaluable, going beyond the balance sheets by challenging each other to live integrated lives both at home or the office. Speaking the truth in love, your peer board is all about accountability coupled with encouragement.
Learning from Your Peers
None of us have the exact same life experiences. God has given each of us a specific set of gifts, circumstances and opportunities. The collective of these experiences can provide excellent insight for other C12 members who may be walking similar paths to yours. Likewise, you will benefit from their experiences.
