How C12 Works: Follow God’s Calling for Your Business!

The C12 Group is a national network of local 10-15 member groups comprised of Christian business owners and CEOs who are committed to applying Biblical principles to their plans and operations through the proprietary C12 curriculum and the facilitation of a professional chair.
All C12 chairs are full time and operate for-profit enterprises engaging the same best in class principles we encourage for each of our members. This allows them to focus on the needs of their groups, thereby delivering greater value for the member companies. Roanoke, VA.

C12 Difference:

Leading businesses according to timeless Biblical principles – as stewards, servant leaders and ambassadors for Christ – is quite compatible with achieving topnotch performance according to the world’s pure business metrics! But we all know that this is only a small part of the picture.
Improved business performance also provides a growing platform from which C12 member companies share Christ’s love with those they serve.

C12 Group:

This is the ministry’s signature offering, reserving membership for Christian business owners and CEOs with 5 or more employees and/or $500,000 or more in annual revenues. Members take part in monthly roundtables where they receive business-related guidance and instruction, based on C12’s proprietary MBA-caliber materials and resources.
A C12 Group consists of 10-15 non-competing peers from businesses of all sizes. Discussion of best practices is a key focus item but the predominant theme at each meeting is accountability to Christ for the state of business affairs.

Key Players Group:

The focus of the Key Players Group is to assist C12 members in developing the natural talents, business acumen and leadership abilities of key staff members. Additionally, key players are evaluated as to their potential for filling the important role of general management successors.
Generally, Key Players participate in the same ministry programs and opportunities as C12 members, with some material scaled down to be more inline with the scope of their current responsibilities. Roanoke, VA.

Alpha Group:

The focus of the Alpha Group is to assist smaller companies of 2-3 employees to develop into a C12 member company with 5+ employees within 6-12 months. Alpha Members will take part in monthly roundtables where they receive business-related guidance and instruction, based on C12’s MBA caliber material and resources.
An Alpha Group consists of 12-20 non-competing peers from small sized businesses. Note that Alpha group members will not have core business presentations or one-on-one coaching with the group facilitator. Roanoke, VA.
